Baron is my hero! I’m here on Western Australia Australia’s Munda Biddi track and my Bosch Battery has suddenly failed. There is not a single one available in WA and after extensive phone calls to Melbourne stores, Baron took it upon himself to race to the Bosch warehouse with five minutes to spare before closing time to pick it up. If he didn’t do this, Bosch would have used their own courier service, taking about four days to deliver it to his shop on St Kilda Road. It is now on an Express truck to me in WA. Baron appreciated my absolute sense of urgency and triple checked the specs to ensure there was not another disappointment when the battery arrives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. After buying all of my previous bikes from chain stores it was a great experience purchasing Orbea e-bikes for my husband and I from a quality outfit like Melbourne Electric Bikes. Baron provided patient guidance to ensure that the bikes were right for us and kept us informed while we waited for delivery from Europe. As expected, the bikes were perfectly prepared on pickup and all user aspects explained. Very Happy

I had a great experience with Melbourne Electric Bikes and would happily recommend them. Nathan was excellent at helping me choose an e-bike that suited my size (or lack thereof, LOL), riding style, and what I wanted to use it for. He was knowledgeable, patient and practical, without ever making the process feel pushy. Once my new Orbea arrived, Baron was fantastic getting me set up and making sure I felt comfortable with everything before heading off. A really friendly, helpful team and a great buying experience from start to finish.
